Fidelity Works is a Consumer Finance Company based in Steeple Bumpstead, near Haverhill, Suffolk, United Kingdom, offering instalment loans to consumers who have restricted access to mainstream credit, need money faster than mainstream credit will facilitate, or want smaller amounts for shorter terms than traditional loans, but do not want to achieve this via a credit card or an overdraft from the bank.
Typical customers are people who have experience of Payday Loans and don't want to get drawn into the cycle of debt typically associated with Payday Loans.
The Company operates one brand - True Blue Loans. All loans offered by True Blue Loans will be instalment loans with a maturity of 3,6 or 9 months with equal payments each month, giving the consumer the advantage of easy budgeting.
